I saw something on Microsoft technet that caught my attention by Joey Snow. For those of you interested in learning more about SQL Server 2008 and your abilty to manage them via policy.
The description from web page is as follows…
“One of the cool new features in SQL Server 2008 is the ability to manage your servers via policy, using policy based management. I had a chance to sit down with Dan Jones Senior Program Manager on the SQL team and discuss the history behind SQL’s management, what policy based management is, and how policy based management will help DBA’s and IT Pro’s manage their SQL servers more effectively.”
